Negotiation Assistance - Starting at $300 - You have an interested buyer and theyve made an offer.  Youre pleased but, its not exactly what you want.  Youd like to make a counter offer and You Feel a bit uncomfortable with the negotiation process.  One of our Brokers can take over and handle the negotiation process for you.

Full Service 1.5% payable at closing -  Most offer to list your home for 3-4% listing commission, but, Yourigloo Realtors will list your home and be there every step of the way for just 1.5%  listing commission.
